RULES & REGULATIONS FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLY

President Sri Rabindra Kumar Jena’s Scholarship Eligibility of Students

 

  1. Any students after taking admission into Degree course in Balasore Art & Crafts College may apply to avail this Scholarship.

  2.  A maximum of five students will be selected for this scholarship which includes College Admission and Tuition fee.

  3. Priority will be given to the student who has lost their parents due to Covid -19 pandemic.

  4. The parent’s annual income must be less than Rs -1, 00,000.

  5. Students mark in the previous will be taken into consideration.

  6. There will be an interview.

  7. The eligible beneficiary among the applicants will be selected by the committee.

 

Continuity and Renewal

Following conditions to be fulfilled

  1. 80% attendance in total in previous class/Year.

  2. The student must have secured a 75%   mark in the previous Examination.

  3. He /She Should not have any back Paper.

  4. He /She must not have a discontinuity in his/her study.

  5. He/ She must have good character in his/her study period.

 

Himanshu Kumar Das Memorial Scholarship Eligibility of Students

​

  1. Any students after taking admission into Degree course in Balasore Art & Crafts College may apply to avail this Scholarship.

  2.  Two students will be selected for this scholarship which includes College Admission fee, Tuition fee and Hostel Charges.

  3. Priority will be given to the student who has lost their parents due to Covid -19 pandemic.

  4. The parent’s annual income must be less than Rs -1, 00,000.

  5. Students mark in the previous will be taken into consideration.

  6. There will be an interview.

  7. The eligible beneficiary among the applicants will be selected by the committee.

2. Income Certificate Xerox of Parents/Guardian

3. Resident Certificate Xerox

4. Previous Examination Certificate and Mark Sheet Xerox Copy must be required for Fresh Apply

5. Character Certificate Xerox Copy must be required for Fresh Apply
