Balasore Art & Crafts College is an institution for advanced training in Visual Arts leading to the +2 Vocational of CHSE, BACHELOR of VISUAL ART and MASTER of VISUAL ART degree of Utkal University of Culture Bhubaneswar, Government of Odisha. The objective of the teaching programme and training in the college is to achive overall refinement of the students perception, not confined to the technical skills of the profession alone but also to create the right kind of intellect, as well as aesthetic & emotional cultivation to arrive at the level of composite creativity & thought.

The students who have passed the +2 Certificate Examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, or any examination recognized as equivalent there to will be considered eligible for admission to this course, subject to their passing the aptitute test.
